He’s partnered with professional dancer Rylee Arnold, who is a new pro on Dancing With the Stars and the younger sister of former pro Lindsay Arnold. “[She said] just to be myself and to show everybody who I am, who I am as a dancer, and who I am as a person because that’s what matters most,” Rylee told HollywoodLife in September 2023 of Lindsay’s advice for her on Dancing With the Stars. She continued, “I feel like I’ve prepared for this moment my entire life. This has been a dream since I was 8 years old. I feel more than ready to go out and dance. I’m just so excited.”

Since Dancing With the Stars Season 32 premiered, Harry and Rylee have sparked dating rumors for their chemistry on the dance floor and on social media. “I think it’s been obvious if you have been watching their journey on the show, a user commented on a TikTok video of Harry and Rylee together at a concert in October 2023. Another wrote, “I saw this coming I don’t hate it.” One more fan compared Rylee and Harry’s connection to the 2006 movie Step Up, which led to a romance between actors Channing  Tatum and Jenna Dewan. “This is so Step Up coded,” the fan wrote.

Harry and Rylee responded to rumors they’re dating in an interview with Entertainment Tonight in October 2023. “We just enjoy hanging out and we love each other, so it’s been great,” Harry said. “Yes,” Rylee added, to which Harry added that he wanted to “keep the mystery in it,” which is why he couldn’t confirm if they were dating or not.

Rylee continued of Dancing With the Stars fans’ support for her and Harry, “I love it and it’s so fun. We can definitely use support and the votes. We just love everybody that’s supporting us and we’re having so much fun together.”

Harry called Rylee “everything” he could “dream of” in an interview with Us Weekly in October 2023. “She’s never in a bad mood and she’s always bubbly and brings me up when I’m feeling a little bit flat, or in my head about things, and knows when to sit me down and talk me out of whatever hump I’m in,” he said. “I feel like everyone needs that in a person in their life. She’s everything you could ever dream of.”

Rylee, for her part, told the magazine that she “honestly wasn’t sure about what to expect” from Harry before they first met. “Then he walks in the door [and] he’s the sweetest person you’ll ever meet,” she continued. “So sweet, so fun to be around.”

Rylee’s older sister, Lindsay Arnold, who was a former pro on Dancing With the Stars, called them “hot” in an interview on the podcast “Weekly Trash” in September 2023. “They look so hot,” she said of Harry and Rylee’s promotional photos for Dancing With the Stars. Lindsay went on to describe herself as an “overprotective sister” and joked, “Don’t kiss my sister.”

Harry, for his part, told Us Weekly that Rylee’s “whole family has been so supportive and lovely” of them on Dancing With the Stars. “I feel like I could do no wrong in their eyes. They’re the sweetest people I’ve ever met as well,” he said. When asked about rumors he and Rylee were dating, Harry told Us Weekly that it’s “to be decided” if he’s single at the moment. “Honestly, I’m just focused on Rylee right now,” he continued.

Harry also called the rumors “unfair” to him and Rylee in an interview with People in October 2023. “I think that it’s a little bit unfair on Rylee so early on,” he said. “She’s so green to this whole world and everyone having an opinion, and stuff like that.” He continued, “And it is week three, we’re trying our best to focus on the dance, and whatever happens, happens. We’re just enjoying being together.”

Harry, who has earned some of the lower scores on Dancing With the Stars Season 32, also told People about how his chemistry with Rylee has helped him improve in the competition. “Whenever I look at Rylee, I know it’s a safe space, and I know that whatever’s going on outside doesn’t matter,” he said. “It’s just us there.”
